About Us
Danner Laboratory, Inc. is a
fully licensed independent lab located in San Diego, California. Danner Lab
prides itself in providing the best in service, support and accuracy while
staying on the cutting edge of technology. We were the first lab in San Diego to
offer ThinPrep in 1997, the first in the western U.S. to obtain the ThinPrep
imager in 2003, and the first San Diego lab to offer Digene DNA testing for HPV,
GC and CT off the ThinPrep and SurePath vials.
We are honored to have
distinguished members of the University of California, San Diego, School of
Medicine as pathologists and lab directors, even though we have no official
affiliation with UCSD.
Danner Laboratory, Inc. is a full service cytology lab specializing in the ThinPrep
Pap test with imaging which we feel is the best, most accurate Pap test you can
offer to your patients. We also offer SurePath, Digene HPV and CT/GC testing
from one specimen, as well as biopsy services. We specialize in overflow
screening from other labs across the country

- CLIA certified compliant
- All cytotechnologists are ASCP registered
- All cytotechnologists are CA State licensed and
currently all have more than 10 years screening experience
- All cytotechnologists are qualified for conventional and
liquid based preparations
