What happens if one of my clients calls for a result on a case
that is in your lab?
Simply call us, and we'll expedite the screening and reporting of
results.
We do not have staining or preparation facilities, can you help
us?
We do have on-site facilities for staining and
preparation and would be happy to provide this
service at an additional charge.
How many slides must I send?
You can send as many, or as few as you like. We have no minimum
and no maximum, provided you give us at least 24 hours notice.
How often can I send slides?
You may send slides daily, weekly, or at any interval that meets
your needs.
What turn-around-time can you deliver?
We strive to provide you with the turn-around-time that you
require. Please call us to discuss your needs.
We have a FedEx/DHL/UPS/Airborne Express account. How do we use
our account to receive the slides back?
You may either provide us your account number, or send a
pre-filled air bill along with your slides for return.
We don't have a FedEx/DHL/UPS/Airborne Express account.
How will we be billed?
Your invoice will include any shipping charges.
Do we get a discount for a large volume of slides?
Please call us to discuss a fee schedule.
I'm not certain we want to use your service until we see the
quality of your work. Can we send you slides before we decide to use
your service regularly?

Yes, please call us and we will fax you references.
